Co-President

Hi everyone! My name is Alex Katz and I am in my fourth year studying Nutritional Sciences and Book & Media Studies. I first joined MEDLIFE in 2015 when I attended Dawson CEGEP, and I have been involved with UTSG MEDLIFE since I arrived in Toronto. I’ve had the opportunity to go on 2 MEDLIFE trips: in 2016 I went to Lima, Peru and in 2017 I went to Managua, Nicaragua. Both of my trips were amazing and unique experiences - I learned so much about the communities I was in and the struggles they face. If you have any questions or want to get involved please feel free to reach out! I will be happy to share my experiences with you and answer any questions you might have.

Co-President

Hi everyone! My name is Alireza Goli and I am in my fourth year studying Kinesiology and Physical Education. I first joined MEDLIFE in 2017 when I came on as a general member and began volunteering at our fundraising events. The next year I was recruited as an executive fundraiser and raised over $2500 with my team! I am now incredibly privileged to be leading UTSG MEDLIFE alongside Alex and I am so proud of the incredible progress we have made in the past 5 years.  I am so excited for everything we have in store for you guys and hope that you can join our movement in helping eliminate the constraints of poverty across the world!

Vice President

Hi everyone! My name is Emily Hickey and I am in my fourth year studying Kinesiology. I joined MEDLIFE because I love how MEDLIFE provides follow up care to the communities and individuals they work with. It shows that they really care about sustainability and providing long term solutions, and I really respect that. I look forward to working with you all this year!

The Marketing Department
