SECTION 1 - Registration Process with our UTSG MEDLIFE Chapter
We choose highly dedicated and compassionate individuals from the UTSG MEDLIFE community to attend SLTs with our chapter. Thus, being aware of MEDLIFE's mission and core values is strictly enforced amongst our chapter members. In order to register with our chapter below, the applicant is highly recommended to review the pertinent information found on the Trip Information Page. You can also review location-specific information, which outlines what to expect at your destination from your SLT trip.
Also, you will not officially be travelling with UTSG MEDLIFE if you do not remain in contact with our Mobile Clinic Department. This means, for UTSG students, that your trip will not be CCR validated.
Thank you, and we look forward to speaking with you more in the future!

Flight Information
IMPORTANT: Make sure to email our UTSG Mobile Clinic Officers confirming your flight information. The information we will need in your email is:
1. Flight Carrier and Number
2. Date of Departure, Time of Departure, + Arrival Information
3. Mobile Clinic Trip date/location chosen (Please confirm that you have registered for a trip with MEDLIFE in Section 3)
4. If there are any additional requests or concerns, please include this in your email as well
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you purchase flight tickets well in advance of your SLT for the best prices. Last minute deals are not recommended. Bear in mind that if you are choosing transfer flights, and these are not with the same airlines, if one flight is delayed or cancelled, you may not be able to receive compensation for your next connecting flight. Hence, direct flights may be a safer and stress-free route. If you are confused about this or have any questions or concerns, please contact our Mobile Clinic Officers below. Thank you!.
