Training
A group of successful candidates will receive a conditional offer from the Chair Executives. It's now time to apply your skills into practice!
You will undergo a training process over the summer before securing your position. Throughout the training, candidates are evaluated on group contributions, work ethic, knowledge of their position, and critical thinking/creativity!
Upon final evaluation, successful candidates may then officiate their positions on the UTSG MEDLIFE Executive Committee. All officiated members will be invited to an orientation day to meet other successful applicants and begin their journey as a UTSG Executive Member!
The Executive Teams that are presented to you each year successfully met the requirements of our team recruiting process. We hope to serve our University of Toronto community to the best of our abilities. Hence, our Chapter feels the need to have careful screening processes and training to present exemplary individuals capable of handling your questions and concerns!
Thank you, and the best of luck to our future leaders!
