Executive Team 2020-2021
Michael De Biasio
Mobile Clinic Officers
Our department is committed to making your Service Learning Trip (SLT) planning process as simple as possible, and keep you up to date on the communities MEDLIFE partners with. To facilitate this, we remain in constant communication with the MEDLIFE Headquarters in Lima. You can reach out to our highly trained department directly to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your volunteer experience overseas and/or the work MEDLIFE does in those communities!
Our team is committed to finding solutions to provide financial and non-monetary donations for the MEDLIFE Project Funds. 100% of your donations will be sent to MEDLIFE every year on behalf of the University of Toronto St. George (UTSG) chapter. Every dollar counts to helping fulfill various commitments overseas: in community development projects, patient follow-up programs, and educational programming. These include things like building materials, medicine, medical exams, nurses, and hospital fees. For more information or to make a donation to MEDLIFE directly, please contact us!
Community Engagement Department
Our team is committed to spreading awareness for MEDLIFE and expanding the presence of MEDLIFE to all UTSG students. We seek out collaborations with clubs, organizations, and other third parties, and help to recruit students to join our chapter's events and Service Learning Trips! Please contact us if you would like to work with our UTSG MEDLIFE chapter or are interested in partnering with us!
Local Volunteer Committee
Our team is committed to providing opportunities for our UTSG MEDLIFE chapter members to participate in local volunteer opportunities, right here with communities in Toronto! We offer monthly local volunteer events, and seek out collaborations with third parties for local volunteer initiatives. Please contact us if you would like to learn more about volunteering with us!
The Marketing Department
Our department is trained to keep our members informed and connected, communicating information regarding our exciting events happening throughout the year! We do this both through social media - sharing information via Facebook, Instagram, and email - and through word of mouth via all our representatives. Make sure to follow us to stay most up to date on the opportunities our chapter will be providing for you this year! You may contact them through our social media.
